CNC Controller

Machine Controller
Machine Controller take your editing instructions from your G-code and converts the G-code in motion. You are out of the race. The controller interprets the signal impulses from your computer Control and instructs the machine to move.

The machine controller is made up of various electrical components. Remember that I said earlier, some electronic junkies flock to CNC. This is the reason why, machine controllers can be built, if you are savvy with a soldering iron. I myself am not. Personally, I always default to order a machine control from one of my sources.

Controller builders to me are electronic gods. You mix power sources, match up Amp, volts, etc. in the element t need. In general, you can use the number of axes you want to build them before the controller. For example, if you build a CNC plasma cutter can be a two-axis controller. Possibly a three-axis controller, if you have a flashlight height. If you have a milling machine, or a wood router in mind, then a three-axis is your ticket. If you want a machine with rotational axis, then you need a four-axis controller. So on and so forth
